Abstract

배출 드릴링을 주용도로 하는 드릴은 용접시 발생하는 불완전한 둥글기를 방지하고, 칩이 쉽게 박힐 수 있는 용접접합부 간극을 방지하기 위하여 단일편으로 제조된다. 더구나, 드릴에는 가능한 한도까지 집 재밍을 방지하기 위하여 선삭에 의해 가공된 칩 공간(13)이 마련된다. 삽입체는 양호하게는 삽입체의 장착을 용이하게 하도록 접선 방향으로 배치된다. 원칙적으로는, 삽입체는 반원형으로 형성되며, 이는 삽입체의 가압과 삽입체 포켓의 제조를 모두 간단하게 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 일단부에서는 내부 원통형 공동(15)이 종료하고 타단부에서는 하나 이상의 초경합금 절삭 삽입체(10)가 마련된 작동 드릴 헤드(2)가 배열된 원통 튜브형 부품으로 구성되며, 절삭 삽입체(10)는 이러한 목적을 위해 마련된 삽입체 시트 또는 포켓(7,8,9)내에 납땜되는 배출 드릴링용 드릴 본체에 있어서, 드릴 본체는 단일편으로 구성되며, 드릴헤드(2)는 바닥면이 드릴 헤드의 작업 단부를 향하여 있어 하나 이상의 칩 도관 (11,12)에 연결되는 절두 원추형의 칩 공간(13)을 포함하며, 상기 칩 공간(13)의 타단부는 원통형 공동(15)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 본체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체 시트 또는 포켓(7,8,9)과 삽입체(10)는 드릴 헤드의 작업 단부에 접선 방향으로 배치되고, 삽입체 시트의 후방 지지면 및 절삭 삽입체의 대응 후방 지지면은 둥글게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 본체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3개의 절삭 삽입체, 즉 외주 삽입체(10A), 중간삽입체(10B) 및 중앙 삽입체(10C)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 본체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 2개의 칩 도관(11,12)은 최상부 측에서 종료하며, 하나의 칩 도관(11)은 외주 삽입체(10A) 및 중앙 삽입체(10C)로부터 발생된 칩을 멀리 안내하고, 다른 하나의 칩 도관(12)은 중간 삽입체(10B)로부터 발생된 칩을 멀리 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 본체.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 드릴 본체는 드릴 본체의 외측 외피면 상의 대응 만입부(24) 내에 납땜되는 하나 또는 수 개의 지지 패드(23)를 포함하며, 지지 패드 및 대응 리세스는 2개의 평행한 길이가 긴 측면과, 반원형 단부 측면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴 본체.
