제1도는 개방위치에서 도시된 본 발명에 따른 절곡 가능한 플라스틱 슬라이더의 사시도로서, 본 발명에 따른 형상결합식의 재폐쇄 가능한 플라스틱 패스너 또는 지퍼를 구비한 절곡 가능한 플라스틱 슬라이더를 조립하는 방법을 예시한 도면이다.
제2도는 폐쇄된 위치로 스냅핑된 슬라이더의 절곡 가능한 윙들을 구비한 형상 결합식의 재폐쇄 가능한 플라스틱 패스너 또는 지퍼상 조립된 도1의 절곡 가능한 플라스틱 지퍼의 사시도이다.
제3도는 도1에서 도시된 절곡 가능한 플라스틱 슬라이더의 평면도이다.
제4도는 도3의 4-4선을 따라 취한 단면도이다.
제5도는 도3의 5-5선을 따라 취한 단면도이다.
제6a도는 도3의 6-6선을 따라 취한 단면도이다.
제6b도는 도6a와 유사한 단면도로소, 절곡 가능한 윙이 하향으로 회전되어 부분적으로 조립된 위치에 있는 도면이다.
제6c도는 도6a및 도6b와 유사한 단면도로서, 절곡 가능한 윙이 조립된 위치로 완전하게 회전되어 스냅핑된 압축형 래치가 폐쇄되어 있는 도면이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 형상 결합식 플라스틱 지퍼와 스트래들링 관계(stradding relation with a porfiled plastic zipper)로서 압축형 래치를 구비한 절곡 가능한 플라스틱 슬라이더로서, 지퍼를 따라 움직임으로써 그 지퍼를 개폐하는 상기 스트래들링 관계의 슬라이더는, 횡방향 지지 부재의 대향 측부에 부속되는 한 쌍의 레그를 구비한 그 횡방향 지지 부재와, 각각의 레그들의 대향 측부에서 상기 지지 부재의 대향 측부에 힌지식 결합되며 서로에 대해 절곡될 수 있으되 상기 부속 레그들을 수용하기 위한 개구부들을 내부에 구비하는 한 쌍의 측벽과, 상기 부속 레그들에 상기 측벽들을 상호 체격하기 위한 상호 체결 수단을 구비하며, 상기 상호체결 수단은 상기 부속 레그들의 각각의 에지를 따라 연장하는 견부 구조체와, 상기 각각의 측벽에서 대응 에지를 따라 연장하는 가요성 텅 구조체와, 이 가요성 텅 구조체의 단부들에는 각각의 측벽에 그 단부들을 연결하고 상기 측벽들에 이격한 관계로 상기 가요성 텅 구조체를 유지하기 위한 가요성 웨브 구조체를 구비하며, 상기 가요성 텅 구조체와 상기 가요성 웨브구조체는 상기 부속 레그들의 에지에 의해 가압될 수 있으며, 이때 상기 측벽들은 절곡된 위치로 움직이게 되고, 상기 가요성 텅 구조체는 상기 레그들 상에 각각의 견부들과 맞물리도록 스냅핑하게 되며, 상기 가요성 웨브 구조체는, 가압될 경우, 상기 지퍼 상에서 상기 측벽들을 그 절곡된 위치에서 체결하기 위한 개선된 압축형 래치를 제공하기 위해 상기 레그들 상에 각각의 견부와 완전하게 체결된 상태로 상기 가요성 텅 구조체를 상기 측벽들로부터 외향으로 강제하는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측벽들은 그 바닥 상에서 슬라이더가 지퍼에 걸쳐 있을 때 그 지퍼를 벗어나 들어올려지지 않도록 지퍼의 바닥과 상호 작용하기 위한 견부 구조체를 구비하고, 상기 가요성 웨브 구조체는 인장시 체결된 상태로 상기 가요성 텅 구조체를 유지하기 위한 저항력을 제공하여 상기 측벽들이 그 절곡된 위치에서 움직이는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이더.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 견부 구조체는 상기 각각의 부속 레그들의 하단을 따라 연장하고, 상기 가요성 텅 구조체는 상기 각각의 측벽들에서의 개구부들의 하단을 따라 연장하고, 상기 가요성 텅 구조체와 상기 가요성 웨브 구조체는 모두 상기 부속 레그들의 하단들에 의해 감압될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이더.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 횡방향 지지 부재에 부속되고, 이 지지 부재에 부속되는 상기 한 쌍의 레그들 사이에서 위치 조정되는 분리 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이더.
