Abstract

본 발명의 방법은 하나 이상의 촉진제 원소들의 존재 또는 부재하의 주기율표의 아족 I, Ⅶ 또는 Ⅷ의 원소, 또는 다수의 이들 원소들의 혼합물로 이루어지며, 이들 원소 및 촉진제는 진공 증착기술에 의해 금속박 또는 금망의 지지체에 도포되어 있는 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불균일 촉매상에서 비닐옥시란의 촉매 수소화반응에 의한 1,2-부틸렌 산화물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하나 이상의 촉진제 원소들의 존재 또는 부재하의 주기율표의 아족 I, Ⅶ 또는 Ⅷ의 원소, 또는 다수의 이들 원소들의 혼합물로 이루어지며, 이들 원소 및 촉진제는 진공 증착기술에 의해 금속박 또는 금망의 지지체에 도포되어 있는 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불균일 촉매상에서 비닐옥시란의 촉매 수소화반응에 의한 1,2-부틸렌 산화물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 촉진제로서 주기율표의 주족 Ⅳ 또는 아족 Ⅱ 또는 Ⅳ 중 하나 이상의 원소들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 금속박 또는 금망 지지체가 재료 번호 1.4767, 1.4401 또는 1.4301을 가지는 재료중에 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 촉매적으로 활성있는 원소들이 사용되기 전에 600 내지 1100℃이 공기중에서 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 금속 지지체에 도포된 주기율표의 아족 I, Ⅶ 또는 Ⅷ중 하나 이상의 원소들을 각 경우에 지지체의 면적(㎡)당 1 내지 300mg의 양으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 주기율표의 아족 I, Ⅶ 또는 Ⅷ의 원소들은 물론, 추가로 금속 지지체에 도포되는 촉진제 원소들을 각 경우에 지지체의 면적(㎡)당 1 내지 300mg의 양으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 촉매적으로 활성있는 원소들이 진공 증착기술에 의해 도포된 후에 20 내지 800℃에서 공기중에서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 사용전에 20 내지 300℃에서 수소를 사용하여 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
