Abstract

액체 또는 겔, 또는 입상(粒狀) 또는 분말상(粉末狀) 매체용 디스펜서가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 디스펜서는 트리거 메카니즘(14)에 의하여 작동되고, 스프레이 노즐(2)을 갖춘 가요성 출구 튜브(11)에 연결된 펌프 출구(10)를 갖추고, 입구측에서는 외측 용기의 저면측에서 코넥터 핀(25)에 연결된 가요성 흡입 튜브(21)를 갖춘 흡입 펌프(7,8,9)가 설치되어 있다. 외측 용기에는 일체로 제조된 코넥터(24)가 설치되어 누르면 코넥터 핀(25)위로 이동될 수 있는 가요성 재충전 용기(23)가 수용된다. 이때, 핀이 삽입되어 코넥터가 개방되고, 특정한 형상의 플러그(38)와 결합된 만곡 또는 피봇지지되는 가이드 암(42)에 의하여 코넥터 핀이 삽입된 상태에서 코넥터가 개방될 수 있고, 다시 코넥터 핀의 삽입을 철회하면 폐쇄상태로 되며, 이때 모든 위치에서 누설이 방지된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액체 디스펜서의 측단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 외부에서 작동 가능한 디스펜서 펌프 또는 분무(噴霧) 펌프가 설치되어 있고, 배출측에는 노즐이 연결되어 있고, 흡입측에는 코넥터 튜브가 연결되어 있는 강성(剛性)재료로 이루어진 개폐 가능한 외측 용기와, 배출된 액체의 가요성(可撓性) 재충전 용기로서 사용되고, 상기 코넥터 튜브와 연결 가능한 플러그 부재에 의하여 폐쇄되고, 코넥터 튜브를 누르면 개방될 수 있는 가요성 재료로 이루어진 내측 용기를 포함하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서에 있어서, 상기 코넥터 튜브는 그 말단에서 직경이 작은 부분을 포함하는 중공(中空)핀의 형태로 형성되고, 상기 말단은 특정한 프로파일을 갖는 플러그 헤드와, 플러그 헤드의 바로 아래에서 핀의 말단에 있는 튜브 벽에 측방향으로 형성된 개구부들을 갖추고, 상기 플러그 부재는 코넥터 핀이 삽입될 수 있는 중앙 관통공이 형성되어 있는 코넥터 본체를 포함하고 그 후방측에서 상기 관통공의 후방 단부에 형성된 시트에 클램핑 가능하게 삽입되는 플러그에 의해, 또는 상기 시트에 대응하는 프로파일을 가지고 밀봉 가능하게 삽입되는 플러그에 의해 폐쇄될 수 있는 코넥터이고, 상기 플러그에는 플러그 헤드가 고정되고 특정한 프로파일을 갖는 플러그 공동(空洞)이 형성되고, 상기 코넥터 본체는 플러그를 개방 위치로 유지시키는 가이드 암을 구부리거나 피봇지지시켜서 플러그에 연결되고, 이때 상기 플러그는 상기 관통공으로부터 벗어나게 되고, 상기 위치는 코넥터 핀을 외측으로부터 코넥터 본체의 관통공 내로 삽입하여 그 안으로 밀어 넣음으로써 설정 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코넥터 본체는 그 후방측에 플러그 보다 더 돌출되고, 그 자유 단부에는 후방 연부가 가교(架橋)되어 있고, 펌프 작용에 의하여 배출시키는 동안 재충전 용기로 코넥터로 빨려 들어가는 것을 방지하도록 회전하는 측방향 핀을 구비하는 직립 콜럼을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그는 가이드 암을 피봇지지함으로써 직립 콜럼에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코넥터 본체는 그 외측에서 가요성의 내측 용기를 고정화기 위한 장착 에지를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코넥터 핀에는 O-링이 끼워지는 외부 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  6. 가스질, 액체 또는 입상(粒狀) 및 분말상(粉末狀)의 매체로 충전된 공간을 누설되지 않게 연결 및 해제시키는 용도에 사용되는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서의 코넥터 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 코넥터 핀과 코넥터가 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코넥터 시스템.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 액체 디스펜서의 코넥터를 갖춘 재충전 용기.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코넥터 핀은 플러그 단부가 상부를 향하는 상태로 외측 용기 내에서 저면측에 장착되고, 가요성 호스를 통하여 디스펜서 펌프에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 외측 콘테이너는 일체로 형성된 배출 통로를 포함하고, 디스펜서 펌프는 내측 용기의 보호된 공간에 배치되고, 배출 통로를 통하여 연장되는 출구 노즐에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 디스펜서 펌프는 중공 피스톤을 갖추고 출구 노즐에 연결된 중공 피스톤 로드와, 피스톤 로드상에서 왕복 이동가능한 펌프 실린더를 갖춘 피스톤 펌프이고, 상기 펌프 실린더는 결합 부재 내로 삽입된 포크 형상의 레버에 의해 작동되고, 상기 레버중 포크 형상 부분의 두 단부는 외측 용기의 서로 대향하는 두벽 부분에 피봇지지식으로 장착되고, 자루 부분은 트리거로서 용기의 벽에 형성된 슬롯을 통하여 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 외측 용기의 상부측에 일체로 형성된 상기 배출 통로는 전방으로 구부러져 있고, 상기 트리거 슬롯은 상기 구부러진 부분 바로 아래에서 외측 용기의 정면측에 형성되고, 외측 용기의 후방측에는 커버를 갖추고, 상기 커버는 상기 커버가 폐쇄되면 배출 통로의 시점 근방에 위치되고 사용중에는 트리거를 수동으로 효과적으로 작동시킬 수 있도록 하는 로킹 노브(locking knob)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 용기를 갖춘 액체 디스펜서.
