Abstract
항공교통제어기를 위한 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템은 지선 디지탈 음성을 지지하기 위한 제1 주파수 채널과, 감시를 다운링크하고 데이타 통신을 업링크 및 다운링크하기 위해 디지탈 데이타 채널을 지지하기 위한 제2 주파수 채널을 포함하며, 각각의 지형적 섹터에 위치된 복수개의 지상기준 제1디지탈 라디오 트랜시버(transceiver; 근거리 연락용 무선통신장치)를 포함한다. 상기 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널은 쌍으로 설정되어 있으므로, 지상에 의해 주파수 변화가 지시될 때마다 상기 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널은 새로운 공중-지상 주파수 쌍으로 자동으로 동조될 것이다. 상기 시스템은 대응의 제1 및 제2주파수 채널과 각 항공기상의 운항 데이타원을 가지며 각각의 항공기에 위치된 항공기준 제2디지탈 라디오 트랜시버를 부가로 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 항공 교통 제어기를 위한 항공 교통 감시 및 통신 시스템에 있어서, 복수개의 지상 기준 제1 라디오 트랜시버 수단과, 각각의 항공기에 위치된 항공기 기준 제2 디지탈 라디오 트랜시버 수단을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 제1 디지탈 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 각각의 지형적 섹터에 위치되며, 지선 디지탈 음성을 지지하기 위한 제1 주파수 채널과, 종속된 감시 데이타를 다운링크하고 데이타 통신을 업링크 및 아운링크하기 위해 디지탈 데이타 채널을 지지하도록 표시된 제2 주파수 채널을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널은 주파수 변화가 지상에 의해 지령된 때마다 상기 제1 및 제2주파수 채널이 새로운 공중-지상 주파수 쌍으로 자동으로 변조되도록 쌍으로 형성되며, 상기 각각의 제2 라디오 트랜시버는 대응의 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널과 각각의 항공기에 대한 운항 데이타 소스를 가지며, 상기 운항 데이타 소스는 항공기 위도, 경도, 고도, 속도, 헤딩 및 활공으로부터 설정되는 항공기 운항 데이타를 생성하는 수단과, 상기 제2 채널상에서 상기 복수개의 지상 기초 제1 라디오 트랜시버 수단중 적어도 하나에 상기 운항 데이타 소스를 각각의 항공기 트랜시버에 연결하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 지상 기준 제1 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 업링크 데이타를 포맷하고 다운링크된 감시 데이타를 분리하고 이를 항공기의 섹터의 항공 교통 제어기에 유포시키기 위한 통신 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 디지탈 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 상기 디지탈 라이도 트랜시버를 10.0㎑ 이격에서 작동시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 GPS수신기 수단은 운항과 감시를 위해 사용되는 상기 운항데이타의 정밀성과 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 다수 표시수단과 3중 수정 GPS수신기 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 디지탈 오이오 트랜시버는 상이한 QPSK 신호변조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 라디오 트랜시버 방송은 보호대역 신호 프리앰블 및 관리/사용자 데이타 필드를 갖는 짧은 전송 버스트에 의한 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 각각의 슈퍼프레임내에서 다중 서브프레임을 구비한 슈퍼프레임을 갖는 시분할 다중 억세스(TDMA) 모드가 상기 트랜시버에 의해 작동되게 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 서브프레임은 설정된 데이타 포맷에 의해 이어지는 동조화 프리앰블과 보호대역을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 항공교통제어기를 위한 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템에 있어서, 복수개의 지상 기준 제1라디오 트랜시버 수단을 제공하는 단계와 각각의 항공기에 위치된 항공기 기준 제2 디지탈 오디오 트랜시버 수단을 제공하는 단계와, 지상의 지령에 의해 주파수가 변화될 때마다 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널이 새로운 공중-지상 주파수쌍으로 동조되도록 상기 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널을 쌍으로 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 각각의 제1디지탈 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 각각의 지형적 섹터에 위치되며, 지선 디지탈 음성을 지지하기 위한 제1 주파수 채널과, 종속된 감시 데이타를 다운링크하고 데이타 통신을 업링크 및 다운링크하기 위해 디지탈 데이타 채널을 지지하도록 표시된 제2 주파수 채널을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 지상 기준 제1 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 업링크 데이타를 포맷하고 다운링크된 감시데이타를 분리하고 이들을 상기 항공기의 섹터에서 항공 교통제어기에 유포하기 위한 통신 제어기를 가지며, 상기 각각의 제2 라디오 트랜시버는 대응의 제1 및 제2 주파수 채널과 각각의 항공기에 대한 운항데이타 소스를 가지며, 상기 운항 데이타 소스는 항공기 위도, 경도, 고도, 속도, 헤딩 및 활공으로부터 설정되는 항공기 운항 데이타를 생성하는 수단과, 상기 제2 채널상에 상기 복수개의 지상 기초, 제1 라디오 트랜시버 수단중 적어도 하나에 상기 운항데이타 소스를 각각의 항공기 트랜시버에 연결하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공교통감시 및 통신시스템.
- 제1항에 한정된 항공교통감시시스템을 포함하는 항공기 충돌 방지 시스템에 있어서, 상기 항공기 기준 제2디지탈 라디오 트랜시버 수단은 그 근방에서 다른 모든 항공기 기준 트랜시버 전송버스트를 수용하며, 상기 근방에서 다른 항공기의 위도, 경도, 고도 속도, 헤딩 및 활공을 표시하는 신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 항공기 충돌 방지시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
