Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지용 고전압발생기의 절연장치에 관한 것으로서, 필라멘트코일(9)이 1,2차코어(1,3)에 접촉되는 것을 방지하도록 보빈(30)의 일측에 상기 필라멘트코일(9)을 고정시키는 고정수단(40)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 필라멘트코일(9)이 1,2차코어(1,3)에 접촉되는 것을 방지함에 따라 내압이 발생하여 발화되는 문제를 해소할 수 있고, 상기 필라멘트코일(9)에 별도의 튜브를 피복시키지 않게 되어 작업 공정수를 줄임과 동시에 재료비를 절감시킬 수 있다.

제4도는 본 발명의 일실시예(제1실시예)에 의한 고전압발생기의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 분리 사시도, 제5도는 본 발명의 일실시예(제1실시예)에 의한 고전압발생기가 결합된 상태를 도시한 전체 사시도, 제6도는 본 발명의 타실시에(제2실시예)에 의한 필라멘트코일의 걸림턱이 배설된 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 필라멘트코일(9)이 1,2차코어(1,3)에 접촉되는 것을 방지하도록 보빈(30)의 일측에 상기 필라멘트코일(7)을 고정시키는 고정수단(40)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지용 고전압발생기의 절연장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(40)은 보빈(30)의 일측에 배설된 걸림턱(41)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지용 고전압발생기의 절연장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림턱(41)은 보빈(30)의 일측에 절곡 형성된 터미널고정부(30a)에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지용 고전압발생기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림턱(41)은 보빈(30)의 측면 일측에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지용 고전압발생기의 절연장치.
