Abstract

본 발명은 주화면과 부화면을 동시에 시청할 때 주화면의 자막이 부화면에 의해 가리워질 경우 상기 주화면의 자막정보를 판단하여 리모콘의 키이입력이 없이 자동으로 부화면의 위치를 이동시켜 부화면에 의해 주화면의 자막이 가리워지는 것을 방지하도록 한 주화면 자막 시청을 위한 부화면위치 자동이동장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 부화면기능이 구비된 TV는 시청자가 주화면과 부화면을 동시에 시청할 경우 상기 부화면에 의해 주화면의 특정부분이 가려져 보이지 않게 된다.
즉 주화면에서 자막이 디스플레이 될때 상기 부화면에 의해 주화면의 자막이 가리워지므로서 주화면의 자막정보를 시청하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 주화면과 부화면을 동시에 시청할 때 부화면에 의해 가리워진 주화면의 영역에서 자막존재여부를 판별하여 자막이 존재할 경우 PIP출력부를 제어하여 부화면의 위치를 자동으로 주화면의 자막이 가리워지는 것을 방지하도록 한 것으로 부화면 기능이 구비된 TV에 적용한다.

제5도는 본 발명 부화면기능이 구비된 TV구조를 보인 블록도, 제6도는 본 발명 부화면기능이 구비된 TV내의 자막인식부 구조를 보인 상세 블록도, 제7도는 본 발명 마이컴의 제어과정을 보인 플로우차트, 제8도는 본 발명 주화면 자막시청을 위한 부화면 위치 자동이송 제어과정을 보인 플로우차트.

Claims (2)

  1. 주화면의 영상신호를 선국하는 주화면튜너부와, 선국된 주화면영상신호의 중간주파수를 검파하는 주화면 IF검파부와, 검파출력된 주화면영상의 휘도 (Y)와 칼러 (C) 신호를 분리하는 휘도/칼러분리부와, 부화면의 영상신호를 선국하는 주화면튜너부와, 선국된 주화면영상신호의 중간주파수를 검차하는 부화면 IF검파부와, 상기부화면IF검파부에서 검차출력된 부화면영상신호와 편향부에서 출력된 수평, 수직동기신호 및 마이컴에서 출력된 PIP위치정보를 입력받아 PIP위치 (동기) 신호를 출력하는 PIP출력부와, 상기 PIP출력부(4)에서 출력된 PIP 위치신호를 입력받아 주화면의 영상신호와 부화면의 영상신호를 합성하여 R, G, B신호를 출력하는 색복조부와, 상기 색복조부에서 합성출력된 R, G, B신호를 증폭하여 음극선관에 인가하는 증폭부로 이루어진 부화면기능이 구비된 TV에 있어서, 휘도/ 칼러분리부(13) 에서 출력된 휘도신호와 PIP출력부(14)에서 출력된 PIP위치신호를 입력받아 주화면영상신호의 자막경계를 검출하여 마이컴(17)에 인가하는 자막인식부(15)와, 수직동기신호가 입력될 때까지 자막인식부(15)에서 검출된 주화면영상신호의 자막경계수를 합하여 자막의 존재여부를 판별후 PIP출력부(14)에 자막위치이동제어신호를 출력하는 마이컴(17)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주화면자막시청을 위한 부화면위치 자동이동장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 자막인식부(15)는 위도/칼러분리부(13)에서 출력된 주화면의 휘도신호와 PIP출력부(14)에서 출력된 PIP위치신호를 입력받아 이를 스위칭선택하는 선택스위치(150)와, 상기 선택스위치(150)에서 스위칭선택출력된 신호를 디지탈신호로 변환 출력시키는 A/D 변환부(151)와, 디지탈변환 출력된 영상신호의 화소밝기를 검출하는 화소밝기 검출부(152)와, 상기 화소밝기 검출부(152)에서 검출된 영상신호의 화소밝기를 지연출력시키는 지연부(153)와, 상기 지연부(153)에서 지연출력된 이전의 화소밝기와 화소밝기 검출부(152)에서 출력된 현재의 화소밝기를 비교하여 자막경계를 검출한 후 검출된 자막경계를 마이컴(17)에 인가하는 자막경계검출부(154)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주화면 자막시청을 위한 부화면위치 자동이동장치.
