Abstract

본 발명은 사출기와 같은 제품 성형장치에 의해 성형된 제품의 중량을 로드셀(Load Cell)에 의해 측정하여 양·불을 판정하고 양호한 제품은 컨베이어에 의해 이송시킬 수 있도록 하여 불량품은 별도로 수거할 수 있도록 된 제품의 중량검사장치에 관한 것으로서 컨베이어(3)의 일단에 베이스(11)를 구비하고 그 베이스(11)의 상측에는 지지대(18)를 인디케이터(19)와 연결되는 로드셀(17) 위에 구비한 것과, 실린더(12)의 지지축편(13)에 회전축(14)을 회전자재하게 축착하고 그 회전축(14)에 롤러(16)를 축설 구비하되 상기 회전축(14)은 임의 수단에 의해 정역회전시킬 수 있도록 된 것인 바, 사출기에서 형성된 모든 제품은 인출과 동시에 그 중량을 측정하고 양·불판정을 실시하여 차기공정으로 이송시키거나 별도로 수거하므로 품질관리를 철저하게 하여 품질에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있고 이러한 공정으로 자동으로 실시하므로 생산라인의 무인화를 실현할 수 있으며, 불필요한 인력과 시간도 절약할 수 있어 제조원가도 낮출 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 컨베이어(3)의 일단에 베이스(11)를 구비하고 그 베이스(11)의 상측에는 지지대(18)를 인디케이터(19)와 연결되는 로드셀(17) 위에 구비한 것과, 실린더(12)의 지지축편(13)에 회전축(14)을 회전자재하고 축착하고 그 회전축(14)에 롤러(16)를 축설 구비하되 상기 회전축(14)은 임의 수단에 의해 정역회전시킬 수 있도록 된 로드셀(Load Cell)을 이용한 제품의 중량검사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전축(14)에 모터(15)를 축설하여서 된 로드셀(Load Cell)을 이용한 제품의 중량검사장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제품(A)은 전후로 이송시키는 롤러(16)는 이격되어 있고 동일선상에 있는 롤러(16)끼리는 벨트로 연결하여서 된 로드셀(Load Cell)을 이용한 제품의 중량검사장치.
