Abstract

본 발명은 난방용 판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 면상 발열체에서 발생하는 인체에 유해한 전자파를 차단할 뿐만 아니라 인체에 유익한 원적외선을 발생하도록 하며, 면상 발열체의 상.하부에 합성수지제 시트를 적충시켜서 완충, 단열, 축열 및 소음을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있으며, 그 구성은 하부에 콘크리드 바닥으로 발산되는 열의 손실을 막기 위하여 단열재(1)의 상부에 합성수지제 시트(2), 면상 발열체(3), 내열실리콘 수지(4), 합성수지제 시트(5), 세라믹도포층(6) 및 저면에 폼(7a) 이 부착된 바닥재(7)를 순차적으로 적층하며, 상기 합성수지제 시트(2)(5)에는 길이방향으로 통기공(2a)(5a)을 설치하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하부에 콘크리트 바닥으로 발산되는 열의 손실을 막기 위하여 단열재(1)의 상부에 합성수지제 시트(2), 면상 발열체(3), 내열실리콘 수지(4), 합성수지제 시트(5), 세라믹도포층(6) 및 저면에 폼(7a) 이 부착된 바닥재(7)를 순차적으로 적층하며, 상기 합성수지제 시트(2)(5)에는 길이방향으로 통기공(2a)(5a)을 설치하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방용 판넬의 제조방법.
