Abstract

본 발명은 이비인후과의 약액분무 ; 흡인용 및 이용이나 미용에 있어서 향수의 분무용, 향기나 냄새의 검사를 위한 분무용등으로 이용되는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
손잡이부(23)를 한 손으로 쥐고, 전원스위치(28)를 넣으면 소형펌프(26)에서 용기(15)가 가압되어 노즐(16)로부터 세정액, 약액 등의 액체(51)가 환부에 분사된다. 압력은 조정버튼에 의하여 조정된다. 액체(51) 대신 공기, 그 밖의 기체도 마찬가지로 분사시킬 수 있다. 분사와 흡입을 역동작시키면 노즐(16)로부터 고름 등의 액상물(52)을 흡인시킬 수 있다. 또 분무량 설정 제어회로(87)를 내장시킴으로서 소형펌프(26)가 일정시간(예를 들면 0.5초간)작동하며, 1회 분사량이 항상 일정량이 된다. 삽입관부(86)의 다른 끝을 역류저지판(89)을 통하여 용기(15)내에 넣기 때문에 분사시는 압착공기가 역류저지판(89)을 눌러서 액체용기(15)의 내부에 분사되는 바, 압착공기가 없어지면 역류저지판(89)이 닫히기 때문에 역류에 의한 스프레이 장치내의 오염이 방지된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 한 손으로 쥘 수 있을 정도의 크기의 하우징(21)에 스프레이 본체(41)를 설치하여 이 스프레이 본체(41)에 용기(15)를 장착, 분리가 자유롭게 설치하고, 더욱이 이 스프레이 본체(41)의 선단부에 노즐(16)을 장착, 분리가 자유롭게 설치한 스프레이 장치에 있어서, 상기 하우징(21)내에 소형펌프(26), 소형모터(27), 분무량설정용제어회로(87) 및 전원스위치(28)를 수납하고, 상기 스프레이 본체(41)의 삽입관 부(86)의 한 끝 부와 상기 소형펌프(26)을 장착, 분리가 자유롭게 연결하고, 상기 스프레이 본체(41)내의 상기 삽입관부(86)의 다른 끝부를 역류저지판(89)을 통해서 상기의 용기(15)내에 넣어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스프레이 본체(41)와 노즐(16) 사이에 역류저지판을 끼우고, 상기 노즐(16)의 선단부에 고무 캡(90)을 장착, 분리가 자유롭게 씌우고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(21)과 스프레이 본체(41)를 삽입관부(86)에 의하여 장착, 분리가 자유롭게 연결하고, 이 연결부분에 역류저지판(85)을 끼우고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분무량 설정용 제어회로(87)는 시정 수를 조정 가능하게 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(21)내에 소형펌프(26), 소형모터(27), 분무량 설정용 제어회로(87) 및 전원스위치(28), 이외에 충전 가능한 전원(35)을 수납하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스 없는 스프레이 장치.
