Abstract

본 발명은 배연장치로부터 배출되는 공해물질의 농도를 낮추기 우한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 마모성이 큰 분진을 함유하는 연료 및 폐기물을 소각하는 유동층 보일러나 소각로로부터 배출되는 배기가스중 미세분진을 제거하기 위해 설치되는 집진장치에 관한 것이다. 본 이중 집진장치는 싸이크론과 같은 제1포집장치를 장착하여, 유입되는 배기가스중에 미세분진을 일차포집하게 함으로꺼 미세분진의 농도가 매우 높은 경우에도 백필터의 포집부하를 감소시켜 집진장치의 크기를 증가시킬 필요가 없게 될 뿐만 아니라, 이로 인해 배출되는 배기가스가 보다 깨끗하게 정화되는 장점이 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 보일러나 소각로의 배시가스중에 함유된 분진을 제거하는 백 하우스 집진장치에 있어서, 상기 백 하우스 내부의 백필터 하부에 설치되고, 상기 백 하우스로 유입되는 배기가스의 인입구에 연결되며 상기 백필터를 향해 1차 여과된 배시가스를 배출하는 싸이크론을 포함하는 백 하우스 집진장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 싸이크론 상부에 상기 제1차 여과된 배기가스의 유속과 방향을 변화시키는 덮개가 설치되어 있는 배 하우스 집진장치.
