Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 스티어링 각도를 측정하는 센서로써 전륜의 시티어링 샤프트에 취부되어 가변저항의 원리를 이용해 스티어링 샤프트가 회전하는 상태만을 나타내던 종래의 엔코더형의 센서의 문제점을 개선하여 스티어링 샤프트가 회전한 절대값을 전압값으로 읽어 이를 조향각의 절대값으로 계산하여 4륜 조향 시스템의 조향각 입력으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 포텐샤메타형 스티어링센서에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 원반형상위에 나선형으로 3회전만큼 코팅된 저항체(102)와, 상기 저항체(102)의 중심쪽 끝단을 서로 연결하여 나란하게 서로 겹쳐지지 않도록 나선형의 3회전 만큼 코팅된 동선(104)과, 스티어링 샤프트(20)의 회전에 따라 상기 저항체(104)위를 중심선 방향과 호방향으로 나선형을 그리며 이동할 수 있는 패드(106)와, 상기의 저항체(102)의 다른쪽 단에 연결된 전원 공급단자와, 상기의 동선(104)의 다른쪽 단에 연결된 접지단자와, 상기의 패드(106)에 연결된 전압측정 단자를 포함하여 구성된 포텐샤메타형 스티어링 센서.
