Abstract

장치를 소형화, 간략화할 수 있으며, 원가도 저렴하게 할 수 있는 오니 등의 수분을 포함하는 쓰레기의 소각로를 제공한다.
배기 통로 내의 일부 또는 전부를 2차 연소 가능한 온도까지 승온 가능하도록 버너가 소각실에 있어서의 배기 통로의 개구와 거의 대향하는 위치에 배치되며, 배기 통로가 배기 가스의 2차 연소실을 이루도록 함으로써, 배기 가스의 2차 연소실 및 그를 위한 버너를 생략할 수 있으며, 게다가 이에 따라 2차 연소용 버너의 제어도 불필요해지므로 버너 제어도 용이해짐으로써 소각로를 소형화, 간략화할 수 있으며, 원가도 저렴하게 된다. 또한 소각로의 치수를 짧게 할 수 있는 배치식의 소각로로하며, 그 소각실을 축선 주위로 회전하는 치수가 짧은 드럼상으로하여 버너와 배기 통로의 개구를 서로 대향되는 단면에 마련함으로써, 버너의 출력도 필요이상으로 크게 할 필요가 없어 한층 장치가 소형화되어 원가를 저렴하게 할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수분을 포함하는 쓰레기를 소각하기 위한 소각로에 있어서, 소각실과, 상기 소각실의 배기 가스를 외부로 도출하기 위한 배기통로와, 상기 소각실내로 불꽃을 공급하기 위한 버너를 가지며, 상기 버너가 상기 배기 통로내의 일부 또는 전부를 2차 연소 가능한 온도까지 상승가능하도록 상기 소각실에 있어서의 상기 배기통로의 개구와 거의 대향하는 위치에 배치되며, 상기 배기 통로가 배기 가스의 2차 연소실을 이루고 있는 것을 특징로 하는 소각로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소각로가 배치식의 소각로로 이루어지며, 상기 소각실이 축선 주위로 회전하는 치수가 짧은 드럼상을 이루며, 상기 버너와 상기 배기 통로의 개구가 서로 대향하는 단면에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각로.
