본 발명은 오일 흐름의 위치를 변환시켜 동력실린더의 작동방향을 제어하는 유압 제어밸브에 관한 것으로서, 콘트롤 밸브(1)의 상부에 카트리지 밸브(2)가 구비되어 유압작동유가 유압라인(P)을 통하여 유입되고 유입된 유압은 일측에 구비되어 유압기기로 유입되는 작동라인(A)과 연결된 첵크밸브(3)를 통하여 유입되며 유압기기의 작동이 완료된 유압작동유를 배출하기 위하여 타측에 구비된 파일럿 밸브(5)에 안내되어 회수라인(T)과 연결된 첵크밸브(4)를 통해서 배출되도록 하며 유압작동유가 콘트롤 밸브(1)로 유입될 때 유압의 누출을 방지하도록 유입라인(P)에 솔레노이드 밸브(6)를 구비하여서 전기적 장치에 의하여 카트리지 밸브가 개방되면 유압에 의하여 유압기기로 유입되게 하므로서 유압기기가 항상 일정한 압력 이상의 유압을 얻을 수 있는 것이고 콘트롤 밸브의 조작성이 간편하고 구조가 간단하여 손쉽게 정비할 수 있는 것이며 고장이 발생되어 교환시 콘트롤 밸브 전체를 교체하지 않고 고장 부품만을 교환할 수 있으므로 차량의 부가가치를 증대시킬 수 있는 발명이다.The present invention relates to a hydraulic control valve for controlling the operating direction of a power cylinder by changing the position of an oil flow and a cartridge valve (2) is provided on an upper portion of the control valve (1) And the hydraulic pressure introduced therefrom is supplied to one side of the check valve 3 through a check valve 3 connected to an operation line A flowing into the hydraulic device and is connected to a pilot valve The hydraulic fluid is guided to the check valve 5 through the check valve 4 connected to the recovery line T and the solenoid valve (not shown) is connected to the inlet line P so as to prevent the leakage of the hydraulic pressure when the hydraulic oil flows into the control valve 1.
