Abstract

인산형 연료전지 등의 발전용 연료로 사용되는 CO함량이 1% 미만이 되는 수소다량가스(Hydrogen rich gas)를 생산하기 위하여 메탄올을 개질연료 및 버너 연료로 사용하는 연료개질 장치에 관한 것으로 저온 CO-Shft 촉매(ICI 52-1)를 이용하여 메탄올/수증기 개질 방법에 의하여 연료전지 발전용 연료를 제조하는 연료개질장치 촉매 반응관을 환형단일 개질관으로 구성하고 개질로의 중앙에 위치시켜 외부 및 내부의 2방향으로 개질관의 하부에 위치한 메탄올 버너로부터 가열된 연소가스를 간접적으로 개질관 내부에 충진된 촉매 및 개질 연료를 가열시켜 연료전지 발전용 혼합가스를 제조하는 것이다.A fuel reforming apparatus using methanol as a reforming fuel and a burner fuel to produce a hydrogen rich gas having a CO content of less than 1% used as a fuel for power generation of a phosphoric acid type fuel cell, -Shft Catalyst (ICI 52-1) to produce a fuel for fuel cell power generation by a methanol / steam reforming method.
