Abstract

본 발명의 부직포(不織布) 일회용품은 1∼25중량%의 계면활성제를 함유하는 접착제조성물을 사용하여 구성되고, 계면활성제가 접착제조성물의 접촉각이 90° 이하 및 표면장력이 약 35∼40다인/cm 이하의 감소를 나타내도록 하여, 부직포에 대한 위킹(wicking)성을 향상시키는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 핫멜트 접착제조성물을 사용하여 최소한 하나의 부직포 또는 티슈층이 다른 부직포, 티슈 또는 폴리올레핀 필름층에 결합된 일회용품으로서, 핫멜트 접착제조성물이, (a) 10∼80중량%, 바람직하게는 40∼60중량%의 올레핀함유 폴리머, (b) 10∼70중량%, 바람직하게는 30∼60중량%의 상용성 점착레진, (c) 0∼20%의 가소제, (d) 0∼2%의 안정제, (e) 0∼25%의 왁스, 및 (f) 1∼25%의 계면활성제로 구성되고, 계면활성제가 접착제조성물의 접촉각이 90° 이하 및 표면장력이 약 40다인/cm 이하의 감소를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용품.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 계면활성제가, C1-C18알킬 또는 디알킬 페놀의 에톡실레이트, 알킬 C8-C60모노-알콜의 에톡실레이트, 200∼3000의 Mn을 가지는 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 블록 코폴리머, 1000이하의 Mn을 가지는 친수성 디- 또는 모노- 올로 벤조산의 분축(分縮)에 의하여 형성된 벤조에이트, C8-C60알킬 에톡실레이트 술포네이트, 알킬 C8-C60술포네이트, 알킬/방향족 술포네이트, 또는 평균분자량 500∼10,000인 폴리디메틸 실록산의 에톡실레이트 또는 프로폭실레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용품.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 계면활성제는 결정화가능한 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용품.
  4. 핫멜트 접착제섬유로 흡수성 코어가 함께 결합 또는 강화된 일회용품으로서, 핫멜트 접착제섬유가, (a) 10∼80중량%, 바람직하게는 40∼60중량%의 올레핀함유 폴리머, (b) 10∼70중량%, 바람직하게는 30∼60중량%의 상용성 점착레진, (c) 0∼20%의 가소제, (d) 0∼2%의 안정제, (e) 0∼25%의 왁스, 및 (f) 1∼25%의 계면활성제로 구성되고, 계면활성제가 접착제조성물의 접촉각이 90° 이하 및 표면장력이 약 40다인/cm 이하의 감소를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용품.
