Abstract

본 발명은 실리콘 고무를 함유하므로써 사이드월 고무층과 카카스 고무층간의 접착력을 증대시키고 부품간의 계면에 잔존하는 공기를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 특성을 지닌 타이어의 사이드월 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 천연고무, 합성고무 또는 이들의 혼합고무 50∼90PHR및 실리콘 고무 5∼50PHR을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 사이드월 고무조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘고무는 유황가교, 빛조사가교 및 열을 이용한 퍼옥사이드 가교법에 의해 가교할 수 있는 디메틸, 메틸-비틸, 페닐, 니트릴 및 플루오로 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 곁가지 작용기가 치환된 것임을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 사이드월 고무조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 곁가지 작용기는 실리콘 원자 대비 5∼95%가 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 사이드월 고무조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드 가교는 50∼200℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 사이드월 고무조성물.
  5. 제1항에 따른 사이드월 고무조성물로 된 사이드월부를 포함하는 타이어.
