Abstract
본 발명은 페타이어 분말을 이용하여 제조되는 고무콘크리트 기존 제조방법의 개량기술에 관하 것이다. 페타이어 분말에 송진유와 황을 혼합한 후 단독으로, 혹은 여기에 몰포리노벤조치아졸, 산화아연 및 스테아릭산 등의 첨가제와 자갈, 모래 등을 혼합하여 얻어지는 조성물을 성형가공하여 제조된 고무콘크리트는 기존의 고무 콘크리트 제조방법에 비해 공정이 단순화 되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 제조된 고무콘크리트는 고강도, 초경량이며 진동 및 소음 억제 효과가 우수하여 건축 및 토목 분야 등 다양한 분야에 적응될 수 있으며, 폐자원 활용의 측면에도 획기적으로 기여할 것으로 전망된다.The present invention will be directed to an improved technology of the existing manufacturing method of rubber concrete produced using the fetal tire powder. The manufactured rubber concrete has high strength, light weight, and excellent vibration and noise suppression effects, which can be adapted to various fields such as construction and civil engineering, and is expected to contribute significantly to the utilization of waste resources.
