Abstract

본 발명은 페타이어 분말을 이용하여 제조되는 고무콘크리트 기존 제조방법의 개량기술에 관하 것이다. 페타이어 분말에 송진유와 황을 혼합한 후 단독으로, 혹은 여기에 몰포리노벤조치아졸, 산화아연 및 스테아릭산 등의 첨가제와 자갈, 모래 등을 혼합하여 얻어지는 조성물을 성형가공하여 제조된 고무콘크리트는 기존의 고무 콘크리트 제조방법에 비해 공정이 단순화 되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 제조된 고무콘크리트는 고강도, 초경량이며 진동 및 소음 억제 효과가 우수하여 건축 및 토목 분야 등 다양한 분야에 적응될 수 있으며, 폐자원 활용의 측면에도 획기적으로 기여할 것으로 전망된다.The present invention will be directed to an improved technology of the existing manufacturing method of rubber concrete produced using the fetal tire powder.
