Abstract
산업용 폐합성 수지 및 폐타이어 혼합 재생 방법이 개시되어 진다.Disclosed is an industrial waste synthetic resin and waste tire mixed regeneration method.
본 발명에 따른 산업용 폐합성수지 및 폐타이어 혼합 재생 방법은 폐합성수지를 건조, 소정크기로 컷팅하여 초저온 고압으로 분쇄시킨 후 별도로 제조된 폐타이어 분쇄물과 혼합시키는 공정들로 이루어진다. 상기에서 폐타이어 분쇄물은 폐타이어를 소정크기로 컷팅한 다음 질소 냉각 또는 LNG 가스 냉각등으로 초저온 냉각하여 고압으로 분쇄시키는 공정에 의해 제조된다. 본 발명의 재생방법에 따르면 환경 오염 및 공해 방지에 기여하게 됨은 물론 자원의 효율적인 재활용을 기하는 효과가 있다.Industrial waste synthetic resin and waste tire mixed regeneration method according to the present invention consists of a process of mixing the waste synthetic resin with a separately produced waste tire pulverized after grinding, cutting the waste synthetic resin to a predetermined size.
