Abstract

본 발명은 하수도, 배스로관용으로 주로 사용되는 종래의 PE 나선관의 내측면(4)와 외측면(9)의 일정공간(A)에 요홈구(2)와 접합점(3)을 나선권회상태로 일정간격으로 간헐적으로 고정시켜 구성된 PE 나선 2중관 제공으로 내측면(4)과 외측면(9) 사이의 일정공간(A)이 길이방향이나 원주방향으로 관통되는 PE 나선 2중관 제품이며 이의 실시예로서는 길이 방향으로 시멘트몰탈(7) 투입구(6) 형성과 이 투입구(6)에 시멘트 몰탈(7)로 투입시킨 보강 2중 나선관 제공을 위한 발명 및 이의 제조 장치에 대한 발명이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 도면에 표시된 바와 같이 나선권회시켜 구성되어진 종래의 PE 나선관(1)에 있어서 내측면(4)과 외측면(9) 사이의 일정공간(A)에 요흠구(2)와 접합점(3)을 나선권회로 간헐적으로 일체화시켜 구성된 PE선 2중관.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 장구형 요홈구(2')와 접합점(3')로 구성된 PE 나선 2중관,
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트몰탈 투입구(5)(6)가 구성된 PE나선 2중관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 세민트 몰탈(7)로 삽입되어 구성된 PE나선 2중관.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 시멘트 몰탈(7')로 충만되어 구성된 PE 나선 2중관.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, PE 나선관 제조 장치에 있어서 냉각파이프(10)의 일측에 반구형 냉각관(11)를 고정대(12)로 고정하고 타측에 지지대(10”)를 구성시켜서 접합용기어(19)로 구성된 PE 나선 2중관 제조장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 만곡부위(B)에 절개부(13)와 반구형 받침대(11’)를 고정대(12)로 고정하여 2개의 접합용기어(19)로 구성된 PE 나선 2중관 제조장치.
