Abstract

본 발명은 저소음화를 도모한 드럼식 세탁기에 관한 것으로서, 외부상자(1) 내에 서스펜션(9)에 의해 지지된 세탁조(3), 세탁조(3)의 내부측에서 구동 모터(21)에 의해 수평축심(X)을 중심으로 하여 회전 자유롭게 제어되는 세탁겸 탈수 드럼(5) 및 세탁겸 탈수 드럼(5)의 주위에 설치된 유체 밸런서(45)를 구비하고, 상기 유체 밸런서(45)를 세탁겸 탈수 드럼(5)의 원주방향을 따라서 독립하여 형성하며, 내부에 통과통로(65)를 갖는 저항판(63)이 배치된 3∼8개의 밸런스실(I,Ⅱ, …)과, 액체가 이동하는 연통구멍(57)을 통하여 상기 각 밸런스실(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ …)과 연통하는 연속된 링 형상의 밸런스실(55)로 구성하고, 상기 연통구멍(57)을 유체 밸런서(45)의 유체가 각 밸런스실(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ …)가 링 형상 벨런스실(55) 사이를 자유롭게 출입할 수 있는 크기로 설정하며 저항판(47)의 통과통로(65) 및 연통구멍(57)을 통하여 액체의 이동을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 드럼식 세탁기의 개요 설명도, 제2도는 유체 밸런서의 상위측 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 A-A선 단면도, 제4도는 연통구멍을 나타낸 밸런스실의 일부분의 설명도, 제5도는 제4도의 B-B선 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 외부상자내에 서스펜션에 의해 지지된 세탁조와, 세탁조의 내측에서 구동 모터에 의해 수평축심을 중심으로 하여 회전 자유롭게 제어되는 세탁겸 탈수 드럼 및 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 주위에 설치된 유체 밸런서를 구비한 드럼식 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 밸런서가 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 원주 방향을 따라서 독립하여 형성된 복수개의 밸런스실과, 연통구멍을 통하여 상기 각 밸런스실과 연결되는 연속된 링 형상의 밸런스실로 구성되고, 상기 연통구멍은 상기 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 세탁 회전시에 상기 유체 밸런서에 수용된 유체가 각 밸런스실과 링 형상 밸런스실 사이를 자유롭게 출입할 수 있는 크기로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 밸런스실은 상기 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 원주 방향을 따라서 3∼8개 독립하여 형성되어 있고, 상기 연통구멍은 각 밸런스실의 원주방향의 중앙부위에 설치함과 동시에 그 최소 크기는 5㎜ 이상으로 한 것을 특징을로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속된 링 형상의 밸런스실은 단면 형상이 연통구멍의 단면적보다 넓은 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 독립된 각 밸런스실은 내부에 저항판이 설치되고 그 저항판을 통과하는 통로 크기가 5㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 밸런서의 외부 둘레벽에 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 주위판을 부착하고 유체 밸런서의 측벽에 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 앞면판을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 밸런서의 내부 둘레 벽면에 교반용 배플부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유체 밸런서에 설치된 교반용 배플부는 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 주위판에 설치된 배플부와 원주방향으로 각도를 어긋나게 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  8. 상기 유체 밸런서는 건조 공기의 출구측에 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
  9. 외부 상자 내에 서스펜션에 의해 지지된 세탁조, 세탁조의 안쪽에 구동 모터에 의해 수평 축심을 중심으로 하여 회전 자유롭게 제어되는 세탁겸 탈수 드럼 및 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 주위에 설치된 유체 밸런서를 구비한 드럼식 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 유체 밸런서가 세탁겸 탈수 드럼의 원주 방향을 따라서 독립하여 형성된 복수개의 밸런스실과, 연통구멍을 통하여 상기 각 밸런스실과 연결되는 연속된 링 형상의 밸런스실로 구성되고, 상기 유체 밸런서를 적어도 2군데에 배치함과 동시에 한쪽의 독립한 밸런스실을 다른쪽의 독립한 밸런스실에 대해서 원주방향으로 위치를 어긋나게 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼식 세탁기.
