Abstract

본 발명은, 천연피혁원단의 사용 과정에서 발생되는 피혁조각을 활용하여 인조피혁을 제조하므로서 폐기되는 피혁조각의 활용에 의한 환경오염방지 효과와 경제적인 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 또 합리적인 고품질의 인조피혁에 관한 것으로 이는 부직포와 같은 직물원단을 제조 구비하여 그 일면에 천연피혁 조각을 분쇄하여 얻은 피혁가루를 적층하고 직물원단의 이면에는 우레탄층이 코팅된 PVC원단을 압착하여서 제조함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 통상적인 인조피혁제품에 있어서, 부직포와 같은 직물원단(10)의 일면에 500∼800메시로 분쇄처리된 피혁가루를 도포하여 피혁가루층(20)을 적충하고, 직물원단(10)의 이면에는 우레탄층(40)이 코팅된 PVC원단(30)을 열가압방식으로 접착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁.
