본 발명은 승강기의 유지 및 보수를 위한 원격 감시/진단 시스템에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 1) 감시단말에서 각 승강기의 운행상태를 감시하여 소정의 이상검출조건에 맞을 경우에만 이상을 검출하는 간접 검출방식을 취하기 때문에 감시대상의 승강기의 댓수가 증가되면 그에따른 감시단말이 복잡해질뿐만 아니라 이를 통하여 수집되는 승강기의 운행정보에 시간적으로나 내용면에서 제약이 많게 되므로 이를 토대로 검출되는 이상상태 역시 그 종류와 내용면에서 제약이 많게 되는 문제점과, 2) 각 승강기의 제어반과 원격감시센터간의 정보교환이 이루어지지 않으므로 감시 및 진단항목의 변경이나 운행사양의 변경 및 원격제어가 용이하지 못하는 문제점과, 3) 승강기의 성능을 최상으로 유지하기 위하여 부품의 교체시기와 고장에 대한 예측등을 하기위한 정보수집이 용이하지 못하기 때문에 이상상태 감시와 그에따른 조치에만 제한되는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명은 이를 감안하여 승강기 제어반으로 하여금 스스로 자신의 이상상태를 검출하여 그 내용과 진단을 위한 데이타를 즉시 원격감시센터로 보고함으로써 적절한 조치가 취해지도록 하고, 감시단말은 각 승강기의 운행내용과 운행성능등을 평가하기 위한 승강기 제어반의 입출력 데이타와 외부상태들의 이력을 중단없이 감시하여 저장하고 있다가 필요 또는 요구가 있을 경우 주기적으로 저장된 정보를 원격감시센터의 데이타베이스에 저장하고 이를 분석함으로써 각 승강기의 운행성능과 서비스 효율을 계산함과 아울러 각 부품의 잔여수명을 계산하며, 승강기의 고장을 예측하여 활용함으로써 항상 안락하고 최상의 성능을 유지하도록 한다.The present invention relates to a remote monitoring / diagnosis system for maintenance and repair of an elevator, and in the prior art, there is provided a remote monitoring / diagnosing system for an elevator, comprising: 1) an indirect detecting system for monitoring an operating state of each elevator in a monitoring terminal, Therefore, when the number of elevators to be monitored is increased, the observers are complicated.
