Abstract

본 발명의 송신 시스템은 적어도 요금 선납 데이타가 제공되는 접속 가능 회로(30)를 포함하는 복수의 단말장치(1,36,37)를 포함한다. 단말 장치(1.36.37)는 통신에 응답하여 상기 요금 선납 데이타를 직접 변경하는 수단을 포함한다. 또한, 보호 수단이 제공되어 상기 요금 선납에 관련되는 데이타를 보호한다. 따라서, 요금 선납 카드는 GSM또는 이와 유사한 네트워크에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 통신이 가능하도록 복수의 단말 장치를 포함하고, 상기 단말 장치는 적어도 요금 선납 데이타가 제공되는 전속 가능 회로 및 통신에 응답하여 상기 요금 선납 데이타를 직접 변경시키는 수단을 포함하는 송신 시스템에 있어서, 상기 단말 장치는 요금 선남에 관련되는 데이타의 보전을 가능하게 해주는 보호 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단말 장치와 상호 접속되는 중계국을 포함하고, 청구 요금 데이타가 상기 중계국의 레벨에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청구 요금 데이타가 메모리에 포함된 테이블에 의해서 각 단말 장치의 레벨에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단말 장치는 메모리에 저장된 동작 데이타의 도움으로 작동되고, 상기 보호 수단은 상기 동작 데이타의 보전을 검출하는 검출 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단은 단말 장치의 인증이 인식되었을 때 통신을 가능하게 해주는 접속 가능 회로를 통하여 단말 장치를 인증하는 인증 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단은 단말 장치 및 접속 가능 회로 간의 데이타 교환을 보호해 주는 보호 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 시스템.
  7. 통신의 교환을 가능하게 해주고, 적어도 통신에 관련되는 요금 선납 데이타가 제공되는 접속 가능 회로 및 통신에 대한 함수로서 상기 요금 선납 데이타를 직접 변경시키는 수단을 포함하는 단말 장치에 있어서, 요금 선납에 관련되는 데이타의 보전을 가능하게 해주는 보호 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 단말 장치의 작동은 메모리에 저장된 동작 데이타에 의해 결정되고, 상기 보호 수단은 상기 동작 데이타의 보전을 검출하는 검출 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말 장치.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단은 단말 장치의 인증이 인식되었을때 통신을 가능하게 해주는 접속 가능 회로를 통하여 단말 장치를 인증하는 인증 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말 장치.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단은 단말 장치및 접속 가능 회로 간의 데이타 교환을 보호해 주는 보호 수단에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말 장치.
  11. 소정의 차감 잔액을 한정하기 위한 요금 선납 데이타를 포함하는 접속 가능 요금 선납 회로에 플러그인되고 이 회로의 동작이 소프트웨어에 의해 한정되는 복수의 단말 장치를 포함하는 송신 시스템에 대한 요금 선납 방법에 있어서, 단말 장치의 동작 소프트웨어 보전이 검증되는 동안 및 접속 가능 회로의 유형이 검증되는 동안의 개시 단계와, 단말 장치로부터의 키를 접속 가능 회로에 송신하는 송신 단계와, 상기 접속 가능 회로에 포함된 차감 잔액이 요금이 부과될 최소 청구 요금과 비교되는 동안의 접속 셋업 단계와, 접속되어 있는 동안 상기 차감 잔액의 내용이 요금 부과되는 요금 청구 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 선납 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 요금 선납 데이타는 요금 부과 장치에 의해 주기적으로 요금이 부과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 선납 방법.
