Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. 반도체 웨이퍼를 수용하기 위한 방습 백에 있어서, 방습 재료로 제조된 하나이상의 불투명 패널과, 적어도 부분적으로 투명한 재료로 제조된 하나이상의 창 패널을 포함하며, 상기 창 패널은 상기 불투명 패널에 대해 밀봉 관계로 연결되어 있고, 상기 불투명 패널과 상기 창 패널은 반도체 웨이퍼들을 수납하기 위한 체적을 내부에 형성할 수 있고, 상기 창 패널은 상기 체적내에 수납된 반도체 웨이퍼들의 시각적인 검사를 허용하며, 상기 방습 재료는 습기의 공격에 의해 웨이퍼들은 손상시키지 않고 장기간 동안 상기 체적내에 반도체 웨이퍼들을 저장할 수 있도록 충분히 작은 습기 투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습 백.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 창 패널은 사각형 중앙부와 이 중앙부로부터 연장하는 대향하는 삼각형 부분들을 한정하는 6개의 가장자리를 가지며, 각각의 상기 불투명 패널은 사각형 부분과 이 사각형 부분에 인접한 사다리꼴 부분을 한정하는 6개의 가장자리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습 백.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 패널과 상기 창 패널은 시이트 재료를 포함하고, 이 재료의 습기 투과율은 약 0.005gm/cm2/일 또는 그 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 방습 백.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 패널 시이트 재료의 습기 투과율은 0.0006gm/cm2/일 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습 백.
  5. 반도체 웨이퍼를 수용하기 위한 방습 백에 있어서, 밀봉 관계로 대면하여 함께 연결된 한쌍 이상의 대향하는 측면 가장자리들과, 함께 연결되지 않은 한쌍 이상의 대략 대향하는 단부 가장자리들을 가지며, 방습 재료로 제조된 하나이상의 불투명 패널과, 함께 연결되지 않은 한쌍의 상기 대향하는 단부 가장자리에 연결되는 가장자리들을 가지며, 적어도 부분적으로 투명한 재료로 제조된 창 패널을 포함하며, 상기 불투명 패널과 상기 창 패널은 반도체 웨이퍼들을 수납하기 위한 체적을 내부에 형성함으로써, 이 체적내에 수납된 반도체 웨이퍼들이 상기 창 패널을 통해 시각적으로 검사될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습 백.
