Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
상변화물질(PCM)을 이용한 잠열축열식 냉ㆍ난방겸용 보일러에 관한 것임.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
1기의 보일러로서 냉방과 난방을 겸할 수 있는 보일러를 제공하고 동시에 전력난이 극심한 요즘 심야전기를 이용하여 잠열축열재에 축열을 한후 이를 주간에 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 할 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
보일러의 동체(1a)내부에 +잠열축열재(+58℃ PCM)와 -잠열축열재(-5℃ PCM)을 혼합하여 냉ㆍ온수재로 저장시키고 동시에 이 축열재들에 열이 공급되도록 냉동기(3)및 피트펌프(4)로부터 열교환기(2)를 접속설치하여 하절기에는 냉동기에 의해 냉열을 그리고 동절기에는 히트펌프(4)와 전기히터(6)에 의해 열을 공급하여 잠열축열재인 냉ㆍ온수재가 열을 흡수하여 냉방 및 난방기구를 회류하면서 냉ㆍ난방이 이루어지도록 한 것으로 1기의 보일러로써 2가지기능(냉ㆍ난방기능)을 수행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 냉방과 난방을 겸할 수 있도록 한 보일러(1)를 구성함에 있어서, 동체(1a)내부에 열교환관(2)이 설치되고 열교환관(2)은 별도로 설치된 냉동기(3) 및 히트펌프(4)와 접속되어 냉ㆍ온매체가 공급되어 동체(1a)내부의 냉ㆍ온수재를 냉각 및 가열시키고, 동체(1a)내부에 탁자형상의 받침체(7)를 설치하여 그 상부에 육면체 형상으로된 +58℃의 잠열축열물질(+PCM)이 내장된 +축열재 저장통(8)을 다수개 쌓아올려 난방시에는 열을 축열저장할 수 있도록 하되 냉방시에는 현열물질로 사용되도록하며, 동체(1a)내부의 냉ㆍ온수재는 +, -잠열축열재를 혼합 내부체적의 90%만 충진하여 냉ㆍ온수재의 팽창에 적절히 대응하도록하되 상부에 뚜껑(11)을 설치하여 내부의 세척및 손질이 용이하도록 하며, 동체(1a)의 내외체(1a´)(1a˝)는 두께를 얇게(1t)구성하되 그 사이에 우레탄발포층(12)을 형성하여 경량화와 강도를 동시에 꾀할 수 있도록 하며, 보일러의 동체(1a)하부에는 전기히터(6)를 설치하여 동절기에 동체(1a)내부의 냉ㆍ온수재에 열을 공급할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열식 냉ㆍ난방겸용 보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동체(1a)내부에 저장되는 냉ㆍ온수재는 +58℃의 상변화물질(+PCM)과 -5℃의 상변화 물질(-PCM)로 혼합구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열식 냉ㆍ난방겸용 보일러.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
