발포수지제의 반송박스는, 두께가 두텁게되어 중량이 커지고, 또한, 비싸게 되는 문제와, 용적이 크기때문에 스크린 인쇄기에 싣어지지 않는 문제등이 있었다.
(해결수단)
발포수지제의 박스본체(11)에 절결부(14)를 설치하여, 판재(19)의 주테두리을 끼워 붙임 혹은 접착등의 수단으로 절결부(14)에 고착하였다. 발포수지제의 뚜껑(12)에도 절결부(23)를 설치하여, 판재(27)의 주테두리를 절결부(23)에 고착하였다. 판재(19,27)는 플라스틱 골판지재로 할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 발포수지제의 벽체에 의해 한편이 개구하는 물품격납실이 형성되는 박스본체와, 해당 박스본체에 착탈자유롭게 부착된 상기 개구를 폐쇄하는 뚜껑으로 구성되는 반송용박스에 있어서, 상기벽체를 부분적으로 베어내는 절결부를 설치하여, 비금속 또는 금속제의 판재의 단부를 상기절결부의 주연부에 고착하는 것에 의해, 상기 판재로 상기박스본체를 보강함과 동시에 상기 절결부를 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용박스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판재를 플라스틱 골판지재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용박스.
