Abstract

본 발명은 세포접착 저해활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드 및 락트산-글리콜산 중합체를 함유하는 후발 백내장 예방 치료제를 제공한다.
본 발명의 조성물은 렌즈적출후 렌즈상피세포의 후방렌즈캡슐로의 접착 및 확장을 저해하며, 임상적인 관점에서 후발 백내장 예방치료제로 유용하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 세포접착의 저해활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드 및 락트산-글리콜산 중합체를 함유하는 후발 백내장 예방치료제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 락트산-글리콜산 중합체의 락트산 : 글리콜산 몰비(%)가 약 100:0 내지 40:60인 것을 특징으로 하는 예방치료제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 락트산-글리콜산 공중합체의 중량-평균분자량이 약 3,000 내지 50,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 예방치료제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가, 10,000 이하의 분자량을 갖고 또한 그의 구조내에 Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser, Arg-MeGly-Asp 또는 Tyr-Ile-Gly-Ser-Arg의 아미노산 배열을 갖는, 사슬 또는 고리형 폴리펩티드인 것을 특징으로 하는 예방치료제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 형태인 예방치료제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 안내주사(intraocular)용으로 사용되는 예방치료제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안내렌즈 삽입용으로 사용되는 예방치료제.
  8. 후발 백내장 예방/치료에 사용되는 제1항에 따른 예방치료제.
