Abstract
본 발명은 작업을 자동화하여 운용면에서 시간적인 여유를 주어 설비량을 삭감한다. 그 구성은 폐액수입배관(1, 2)를 접속한 패액수입용기(3)에 입구배관(10)을 통해서 폐액처리장치(4)를 접속하고, 폐액처리장치(4)의 하류측에 출구배관(9)를 통해서 폐액유로 전환장치(8)를 접속한다. 폐액유로 전환장치(8)의 하류측의 한쪽은 이송배관(7)을 통해서 복수저장용기(5)에 접속하고, 다른 쪽은 복귀배관(6)을 통해서 폐액수입용기(3)에 접속한다. 출구배관(9)에 정시 시료채취장치(13)와 연속 시료채취장치(14)를 설치하고, 이들 장치(13, 14)를 수질 자동분석장치(11)에 접속한다. 수질 자동분석장치(11)는 계측부(15)와 진단부(16)를 가지며, 진단부 (16)의 신호를 폐액유로 전환장치(8)에 송신된다. 폐액처리장치(4)는 중공사막 필터(4a)와 이온교환 수지탑(4b)를 갖추고 있다.The present invention reduces the amount of equipment by automating the work to give time in terms of operation. The waste liquid treatment apparatus 4 is equipped with the hollow fiber membrane filter 4a and the ion exchange resin tower 4b.
