종래에 불가능한 것으로 되어 있던 폴리에틸렌시틀르 가지고 식모시트를 만들고자 하는 것이다.
해결과제
폴리에틸렌시트에 극미소 요철면을 형성하고, 이 면에 특수 혼합한 접착제를 토포하여 통상의 방법에 의거 식모가공을 한다.

제1도는 표면을 극미소 요철면으로 하여 폴리에틸렌시트면에 형성한 접착층에 단섬유를 식모한 식모시트의 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 부분확대도.

Claims (1)

  1. 일반적인 방법에 의하여 표피식 가공을 한 폴리에틸렌시트를 바탕천으로 하고, 폴리에틸렌시트의 배표피식 가공면에 침투하는 침투제를 혼합한 접착제를 그 폴리에틸렌시트에 도포하여, 그 도포면에 통상의 방법에 의한 정전 식모수단으로 단섬유를 식모하고, 이것을 건조시켜 그 폴리에틸렌시트와 일체화한 접착층에 단섬유를 식모하여 이루어지는 식모시트.
