Abstract
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기의 미생물 발효에 의한 유기질 비료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 구체적으로는 음식물 쓰레기 1㎏에 대하여 바실러스 브레비스 AS91B(KFCC∼10781) 및 바실러스 스테아로써모필러스균(KTCT∼8650P) 0.5∼2.0g과 800∼1000℃에서 2∼3시간 가열시켜 약 250∼350메쉬로 분쇄한 맥반석 3∼15g을 적절히 혼합한 후 호기성 조건에서 미생물을 발효시키는 음식물 쓰레기의 미생물 발효에 의한 유기질 비료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing organic fertilizer by fermenting microbial fermentation of food wastes.
