Abstract

본 발명은 별도의 핵을 삽입하지 아니한채 내장낭의 주위에 형성된 보호막에 구멍을 형성하여 전복진주의 형상을 다향화 하며 진주질을 두껍게 형성할 수 있는 전복진주의 양식방법에 관한 것으로서, 전복의 내장(6)이 위치하는 패각(3)상에 내장낭(11)이 형성될 수 있는 구멍(8)을 천공하는 과정과, 상기 내장낭(11)의 주위에 형성된 보호막(12)의 일부를 제거하여 2차구멍(8')을 형성하는 과정과, 상기 2차구멍(8')을 통하여 형성되는 내장낭(11')의 보호막(12)을 제거하여 3차구멍(8)을 형성하는 과정과, 내장낭(11)이 하향으로 성장하여 진주질층(15)이 형성되게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

제2도는 패각에 구멍이 천공된 상태를 도시하는 개략적인 단면도.
제3도는 내장낭이 형성된 상태를 도시하는 개략적인 단면도.
제4도는 진주가 형성되는 과정을 나타내는 확대 단면도 로서,
(a)는 내장낭의 주위에 보호막이 형성된 단계,
(b)는 보호막의 일부를 제거하여 2차구멍이 형성된 단계,
(c)는 2차구멍을 통하여 내장낭이 형성된 단계,
(d)는 3차구멍을 통하여 내장낭이 형성된 단계,
(e)는 후기의 진주질층이 형성되는 단계를 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 핵을 이용하지 않는 전복진주의 양식방법에 있어서, 전복의 내장(6)이 위치하는 패각(3)상에 내장낭(11)이 형성될 수 있는 구멍(8)을 천공하는 과정과, 상기 내장낭(11)의 주위에 형성된 보호막(12)의 일부를 제거하여 2차구멍(8')을 형성하는 과정과, 상기 2차구멍(8')을 통하여 형성되는 내장낭(11')의 보호막(12)을 제거하여 3차구멍(8)을 형성하는 과정과, 내장낭(11)이 하향으로 성장하여 진주질층(15)이 형성되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 핵을 사용하지 않는 전복진주 양식방법.
