Abstract

본 발명은 티브이 공정시 이이피롬의 동작 상태를 자동으로 판별하고 그 판별 결과를 온 스크린 디스플레이 상태로 표시해 줌으로써 양산 효율을 높이도록 한 티브이의 공정시 이이피롬 동작상태 판별방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 이이피롬의 특정 데이타를 기록하는 제1과정과; 특정 어드레스에 기록되 데이타를 판독하는 제2과정과; 기록한 데이타와 판독된 데이타를 비교하는 제3과정과; 비교결과 기록된 데이타와 판독된 데이타가 일치할 경우 이이피롬이 정상상태임을 온 스크린 디스플레이상에 디스플레이하고, 기록된 데이타와 판독된 데이타가 다를 경우 이이피롬이 비정상임을 온스크린 디스플레이상에 디스플레이하는 제4과정을 순차 실행시키게 된다.The present invention relates to a method for determining the operation status of the Y-pyrom during the TV process to automatically determine the operating state of the Y-pyrom during the TV process and to display the result of the determination on the on-screen display to increase the mass production efficiency.
