Abstract
본 발명은 밀폐형 납 축전지(Valve Regulated Lead Acadㅇ:VRLA)제조 공정중 케이스 내부에 전해액인 황산용액을 채워넣는 산충전(Acid Filing)공정시 황산이 지나치게 많이 채워질 경우 플러스 및 마이너스 단자에서 발생되는 가스에 의해서 격리판내의 산이 벤트를 통해 밖으로 흘러나와 케이스 및 접속단자를 오염시킴으로 인해 발생되는 부식을 방지코자 하는 것으로, 접속단자 주위에 약알칼리 용액을 뿌려주던가 헝겁에 묻혀 문질러 주면 황산이 중화되어 접속단자 부식을 완전히 방지토록함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 접속단자의 부식방지방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a gas generated in the positive and negative terminals when the sulfuric acid is filled with excessive amount during the acid filing process of filling the sulfuric acid solution as an electrolyte inside the case during the manufacturing process of a sealed regulated lead battery (VRLA).
