Abstract
본 발명은 벨트콘베이어에 의해 이송되어지는 리튬전지(Li/MnO2Battery)를 배열가이드에 복수개씩 배열시켜서 그 하측에서 전후진이 작동되어지는 팔레트에 낙하시켜 이재시킬 수 있도록 된 것으로서, 리튬전지(1)가 벨트콘베이어(2)에 의해 이송가이드(3)를 따라 이송되어지도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 이송가이드(3)에 유도가이드(4)를 연설하고 유도가이드(4)에 배열가이드(11)(11-1)를 연설하되 그 양단에 실린더(12)(22)에 의해 작동되는 푸셔(13)와 스톱퍼(23)를 구비한 것과, 배열가이드(11)(11-2)의 내하측에 복수개의 안치판(15)을 연접시켜 실린더(21)에 의해 전후 이동시킬 수 있도록 한 것과, 안치판(15)의 하측에 분기편(25)에 의해 유입홀(26)들이 등간격으로 통공된 유도판(24)을 고정시키되 유입홀(26)의 하측에 고정대(28)에 고정되고 일측편으로 반이 개방된 안치대(29)를 구비하여 상기 유입홀(26)과 안치대(29)는 슈트(27)로 연결한 것과, 안치대(29)의 하측에 팔레트(30)를 안치할 수 있는 안치판(31)을 구비하되 임의 수단에 의해 단속적이고 점진적으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 된 것인바, 벨트콘베이어에 의해 공급되어지는 리튬전지를 벨트콘베이어의 동력과 실린더의 작동에 의해 복수개씩 일렬횡대 배열시키고 자유낙하시켜 자중에 의해 팔레트에 이재되어지도록 된 것이어서 리튬전지를 팔레트에 이재시키는데 다른 파지 및 이동시키는 이재장치를 필요치않고 또 자동화 라인에 채택하여 용이하게 활용할 수 있다.According to the present invention, a plurality of lithium batteries (Li / MnO 2 batteries) conveyed by a belt conveyor are arranged in an array guide, and the lithium batteries (1) can be transferred to a pallet on which a forward and backward movement is performed from below. ) Is to be conveyed along the transfer guide (3) by the belt conveyor (2), the induction guide (4) to the transfer guide (3) and the arrangement guide (11) (in the guide guide 4) 11-1) with a pusher 13 and a stopper 23 operated by cylinders 12 and 22 at both ends thereof, and a plurality of inner and lower sides of the arrangement guides 11 and 11-2.
