본 발명은 벨트콘베이어에 의해 이송되어지는 리튬전지(Li/MnO2Battery)를 로터리 인덱스와 X-Y테이블을 이용한 장치에의해 트레이에 자동으로 이재시킬 수 있도록 된 이재장치에 관한 것으로서, 이송콘베이어(48)의 가이드(49)를 따라 이송되어지는 리튬전지(50)를 실린더(40)의 푸셔(41)에 의해 단속적으로 회전되는 인덱스테이블(30)의 안치홈(31)에 안치시키도록 하는 것과 인덱스테이블(30)의 소정위치에서 도립고정된 실린더(34)의 푸셔(35)에 의해 낙하시키도록 하는 것과, 인입체인콘베이어(2)에서 XY테이블장치로 안착되어지는 트레이(54)를 X-Y방향으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 하고 리튬전지(50)가 만재될 트레이(54)를 배출체인콘베이어(3)측으로 이송시킬 수 있도록 된것인바, 트레이를 자동으로 입출시킬 수 있고 인입된 트레이는 X-Y테이블장치에 의해 XY측으로 단속적으로 이동시키면서 이송콘베이어에 의해 이송되어지고 인덱스테이블에 의해 하나씩 공급되는 리튬전지를 트레이에 순차적으로 이재시킬 수 있으므로 리튬전지의 생산라인을 자동화할 수 있으며 이재능률을 향상시키고 또 전후진의 조립라인을 원활하고 유기적으로 연계시켜 줄 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
