본 발명은 인덱스 테이블을 통해 이송 컨베이어로 이송되는 건전지를 자동적으로 정렬하여 이를 파레트(Pallet)상에 적재시킬 수 있도록한 건전지의 자동 정렬 및 적재장치에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 건전지(2)가 이송되는 이송 컨베이어(5)의 일측으로 모터와 연설된 회전축(6)이 설치되어 이송되는 건전지(2)의 정렬 작업을 수행토록 하며, 상기 이송 컨베이어(5)의 건전지 정렬부(1) 일측에는 설치되는 X축아암(11)의 일단에는 지지플레이트(12)가 연설되고 이에 가이드실린더(13)가 착설되어 핑거실린더(14)를 통한 건전지의 좌우 이송작업을 수행하고, 상기 가이드실린더(13)의 하측에는 다수의 핑거(16)와 핑거실린더(14)가 설치되는 핑거고정 플레이트(17)가 연결설치되어 건전지(2)를 협지 고정토록 하며, 상기 지지플레이트(12)의 일측에는 전방으로 볼스크류(18)가 설치되어 핑거고정 플레이트(17)를 파레트(14)상에 이송토록 설치된다.The present invention relates to an automatic sorting and stacking device for batteries, which automatically sorts the batteries transferred to a conveyer via an index table and loads them on a pallet.
