Abstract

본 발명은 적층형 자기헤드에 관한 것이다. 특히 두 적층 코아부재가 동일한 구조로 결합된 자기헤드에 있어서, 적층코아의 상,하는 비자성 세라믹 기판이 형성되고, 이 두 비자성 세라믹 기판사이에 금속자성막과 DLC 절연막이 소정 횟수 차례로 형성된 구조이다. 따라서, 자기헤드에서 발생하는 와전류의 손실을 줄일 수 있고, 자기테이프의 주행시에도 편마모를 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 제1비자성 세라믹 기판위에 소정횟수로 금속자성막과 절연막을 반복하여 차례로 형성시키고, 다시 제2비자성 세라믹기판을 형성시킨 제1적층 코아부재와, 상기 제1적층 코아부재와 동일한 구조를 갖는 제2적층 코아부재가 자기갭을 중심으로 결합된 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 절연막은 DLC 절연막인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
