본 발명은 각종 차량에 장착된 EPS(Electronic Power Steering) 실차 성능 시험에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 최적의 조타력을 실현하기 위한 EPS 기능시험 및 실차상태에서의 시스템 평가를 위한 EPS 실차 성능 시험장치에 관한 것으로, EPS 제어유닛(10)의 입력단자(a)에 전원공급기(20)를 통해 TPS 신호 및 입력단자(b)에 기능 제네레이터(30)의 차속 신호가 각각 인가되도록 연결하고, 상기 기능 제네레이터(30)의 차속 신호가 F/V 컨버터(60)를 통해 분석 레코더(70)에 입력되도록 연결하며, 상기 EPS 제어유닛(10)와 솔레노이드 밸브(40)의 전원공급라인(L) 사이에 션트 저항(50)을 설치하고, 상기 EPS 제어유닛(10)의 입출력단자에 오실로스코우프(80) 및 디지탈 멀티메터(90)를 연결하도록 구성하여 필수 테스트 항목에서 누락되는 항목없이 테스트 가능하고 효율적으로 테스트하게 되어 정확한 데이타를 산출할 수 있는 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to an electronic power steering (EPS) actual vehicle performance test mounted on various vehicles, and more particularly, EPS performance test apparatus for EPS function test and system evaluation in a real vehicle state to realize optimal steering force.
