Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기에 있어서의 위상제어 부하구동 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 위상에 관계없이 파워 릴레이를 온시키도록 되어 있어서, 접점소손 및 릴레이 단품불량 등 불량의 원인이 되었다. 본 발명은 이를 감안하여 입력전압의 제로크로싱 검출수단과, 위상제어에 따른 부하구동을 제어하는 제어수단과, 그 제어수단의 부하구동신호에 의해 부하를 구동시키는 파워 릴레이와, 그 파어 릴레이이의 접점이 작동을 감지하여 상기한 제어수단에 피드백시키는 접점신호 피드백수단으로 구성된 위상제어 부하구동장치를 제공하고, 그 제어수단에서 릴레이 작동시간을 구하고, 제로크로싱 시점에서 그 릴레이 작동시간을 뺀 지연시간을 구하여 세팅한 뒤, 부하구동시에 제로크로싱 시점에서 세팅해둔 지연시간동은 지연시켜 부하구동 온신호를 출력시키도록 이루어진 제어방법을 제공함으로써, 파워릴레이의 접점이 향상 제로크로싱 시점에서 작동되어 접점소손 및 불량원인을 제거하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
