Abstract
본 발명은 공기조화기에 있어서의 위상제어 부하구동 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 위상에 관계없이 파워 릴레이를 온시키도록 되어 있어서, 접점소손 및 릴레이 단품불량 등 불량의 원인이 되었다. 본 발명은 이를 감안하여 입력전압의 제로크로싱 검출수단과, 위상제어에 따른 부하구동을 제어하는 제어수단과, 그 제어수단의 부하구동신호에 의해 부하를 구동시키는 파워 릴레이와, 그 파어 릴레이이의 접점이 작동을 감지하여 상기한 제어수단에 피드백시키는 접점신호 피드백수단으로 구성된 위상제어 부하구동장치를 제공하고, 그 제어수단에서 릴레이 작동시간을 구하고, 제로크로싱 시점에서 그 릴레이 작동시간을 뺀 지연시간을 구하여 세팅한 뒤, 부하구동시에 제로크로싱 시점에서 세팅해둔 지연시간동은 지연시켜 부하구동 온신호를 출력시키도록 이루어진 제어방법을 제공함으로써, 파워릴레이의 접점이 향상 제로크로싱 시점에서 작동되어 접점소손 및 불량원인을 제거하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. After obtaining and setting, the control method is configured to output the load driving ON signal by delaying the delay time set at the zero crossing point at the time of load driving. The cause of defect was eliminated.
