Abstract

실린던 몸체(4)와, 실린더 몸체(4) 안에 설치되는 피스톤(6)과, 피스톤(6)에 연결되는 푸시로드(2)와, 실린더몸체(4)의 푸시로드(2)쪽 끝부분 내주면에 설치되는 밀봉부재(10)를 포함하는 매스터실린더의 밀봉부재를 제공한다.
밀봉부재는 단면이 모자형상이고, 중앙부에 푸시로드(2)가 삽입되는 로드구멍(16)이 형성되며, 로드구멍(16)에서 일정한 폭의 고리형상을 이루고 고무링(14)이 점착되고, 바깥쪽에는 일정한 폭의 스냅링(12)이 형성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실린더몸체(4)와 상기한 실린더몸체(4) 안에 설치되는 피스톤(6)과, 상기한 피스톤(6)에 연결되는 푸시로드(2)와, 상기한 실린더몸체(4)의 푸시로드(2)쪽 끝부분 내주면에 설치되는 밀봉부재(10)를 포함하는 매스터실린더 밀봉구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 밀봉 부재는 단면이 모자 형상이고, 중앙부에 상기한 푸시로드(2)가 삽입되는 로드구멍(16)이 형성되며, 상기한 로드구멍(16)에서 일정한 폭의 고리 형상을 이루는 고무링(14)이 점착되고, 바깥쪽에는 일정한 폭의 스탭링(12)이 형성된 매스터실린더 밀봉구조.
