Abstract

본 발명은 각종기계에 구비되는 축이음부의 체인 고정식너트에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 각종기계류의 축이음부가 주로 외부로 부터 물리적충격을 받거나 진동되게 될때에도 상기 축이음부가 견고하게 고정되도록 하고자 하는 경우에 상기 축이음부에 소정의 간격으로 고정되는 너트가 오직 나사체결력에만 의존되게 구비되어 있음으로 인해 상기 축이음부가 제대로 제기능을 하지 못하게 되는 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 각종기계류에 구비되는 축이음부(1)의 소정부위에 각각 고정되는 너트(2)의 외주면 소정부위에 소정간격으로 다수개의 관통구(3)가 형성되고 상기 각각의 관통구(3)에 소정의 체인(4)이 일측에 연속해서 구비되는 너트(2)와 상호 연쇄적으로 연결되게 구비됨으로써 외부로 부터의 물리적충격 또는 진동등에 의해서도 상기 체인(4)식 너트(2)로 고정된 축이음부(1)가 견고해지게 되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 각종기계류에 구비되는 축이음부(1)의 소정부위에 소정의 간격으로 각각 고정되는 너트(2)에 있어서, 상기 각각의 너트(2)의 외주면 소정부위에 소정간격으로 다수개의 관통구(3)가 형성되고 상기 각각의 관통구(3)에 소정의 체인(4)이 일측에 연속해서 구비되는 너트(2)와 상호 연쇄적으로 연결되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축이음부의 체인 고정식너트.
