Abstract

본 발명은 하네스클립에 관한 것으로, 결속밴드의 삽입성을 개선할 수 있는 것을 그 목적으로 하며, 이를 달성하기 위한 구성으로, 삽입구멍(30)내에는 결속밴드(20)의 두께방향으로 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 벽부(33,34)를 부기하고, 양 벽부(33,34)의 간격을 결속밴드(20)의 두께보다 폭을 넓게 설정하며, 일측의 벽부(33)에는 돌기부(80)를 형성한다. 타측의 벽부(34)에는 동기부(80)와 대향함과 동시에 삽입구멍(30)내에 삽입된 결속밴드(20)의 폭방향의 중앙을 향하여 돌출한 누름편(90)을 형성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 일단부가 자유단으로 된 띠형상의 결속밴드와, 이 결속밴드의 타단부에 형성되며 결속밴드를 삽입할 수 있는 삽입구멍을 가지는 클립본체를 구비하고, 상기 결속밴드에는 그 길이방향을 따라 소정간격으로 형성된 복수의 오목부를 구비하여, 상기 클립본체에는 상기 삽입구멍을 가지는 머리부와 상기 머리부에서 연장되며 패널에 걸림가능한 다리부를 구비하고, 상기 삽입구멍내에는 상기 결속밴드의 복수의 오목부중 1개에 끼어들어가 결속밴드를 걸어고정하는 돌기부를 구비한 하네스클립에 있어서, 상기 삽입구멍내에는 상기 결속밴드의 두께 방향으로 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 벽부를 가지며, 양 벽부의 간격을 상기 결속밴드의 두께보다 폭을 넓게 설정함과 아울러, 일측의 벽부에는, 상기 돌기부와 대향함과 동시에 상기 삽입구멍내에 삽입된 상기 결속밴드의 폭 방향의 중앙을 따라 돌출한 누름편을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하네스클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌기부는 결속밴드의 삽입방향에 대하여 삽입구멍의 출구측에 위치하고, 상기 삽입구멍의 입구측에는, 상기 삽입구멍에 삽입된 결속밴드의 폭방향의 중앙을 향해, 상기 돌기부를 형성하지 않는 타측의 벽부에서 돌출한 누름편을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하네스클립.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 누름편은 결속밴드의 삽입방향을 따라 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하네스클립
