Abstract

본 발명은 워터펌프에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 워터펌프시일에 오목부를 형성하여 시일의 마찰력을 최소화한 워터펌프시일의 마찰방지구조에 관한 것으로, 시일커버(7)의 외부로 시일본체(10)가 구비되고 상기 시일커버(7)에는 지지체(8)가 설치되며 이 지지체(8)에는 절곡부(12)를 갖는 시일본체(10)와 부착되는 시일링(9)이 접촉되는 것에 있어서, 상기 시일링(9)과 접촉되어 회전되는 지지체(9)에 요홈부(80)를 형성한 것이다. 이와 같이 펌프본체의 시일링에 요홈부를 형성하여 마찰면적을 줄임으로서, 회전력에 의한 마출력을 최소화한 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 시일커버(7)의 외부로 시일본체(10)가 구비되고 상기 시일커버(7)에는 지지체(8)가 설치되며 이 지지체(8)에는 절곡부(12)를 갖는 시일본체(10)와 부착되는 시일링(9)이 접촉되는 것에 있어서, 상기 시일링(9)과 접촉되어 회전되는 지지체(9)에 요홈부(80)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 워터펌프의 누수방지구조.
