Abstract

본 발명에 의한 밀폐형 압축기의 토출밸브장치는 요홈을 구비한 헤드와, 그 헤드의 상부에 취부되어 압축냉매를 토출하는 토출밸브와, 상기 요홈에 안착되고 토출밸브의 상부에 취부되어 일측에 스프링 돌기를 구비하여상기 헤드의 요홈결합부를 탄성지지하도록 한 리테이너를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 리테이너를 고정시키는 원리가 리테이너 자체의 스프링형상에 의한 탄성력과 이 리테이너와 결합되는 헤드커버의 형상에 의해 고정되는 방식이므로 리테이너를 고정하기 위한 고정핀 구조라든지 기타의 다른 방법의 필요없이 부품수의 감소 및 공정삭제가 가능하도록 하였다,

제8도는 본 발명에 의한 압축기의 리테이너 및 헤드를 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 요홈을 구비한 헤드와, 그 헤드내에서 요홈에 안착되어 토출구를 개폐하는 토출밸브와, 토출밸브이 상부에 위치하여 토출밸브의 동작을 한정하는 밸브스프링과, 상기 요홈내에서 밸브스프링의 상부에 위치하며 또한 일측에 고정부를 구비하며 상기 고정부는 헤드에 형성된 고정단에서 고정되도록 한 리테이너를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 토출밸브장치.
