Abstract
본 발명은 차량 시동제어 장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로서,일반적으로 차량의 시동장치는 시동키를 사용하여 도어를 연 후에 차량 실내의 운전석측의 스티어링컬럼의 키블럭에 시동키를 집어 넣고 돌리므로써 엔진의 시동회로가 구동되어 시동이 걸리도록 되어 있다.이러한 종래의 차량 시동장치에서는 부정한 방법으로 차량의 도어를 열고 들어가서 시동을 거는 경우에 이를 방지할 방법이 없어서 차량의 도난을 막을 수 없다는 문제점이 있었다.본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여,고유패턴이 인각된 시동키와 광센서가 구비되는 키블럭과 ECU와 엔진 시동회로의 입력측 사이에 스타팅모터릴레이와 밧데리릴레이를 구비하는 한편 연료 흡입구측에는 인젝터 릴레이를 구비하고 전체 시스템을 제어하는 ECU등으로 이루어지는 차량 시동제어 장치 및 그 제어방법을 제공하므로써,도어를 열거나 엔진의 시동을 걸때에 키블럭의 광센서에서 키패턴을 인식하여 ECU에 보내어 메모리에 기억되어 있는 키패턴과 비교하여 이들 두개의 키패턴이 서로 일치하지 않을 때에는 엔진의 시동회로를 차단하여 시동이 걸리지 않도록 하는 한편 연료주입구측의 인젝터 릴레이를 차단하여 연료가 분사되지 않도록 제어하여 부정한 방법에 의한 엔진시동이 걸리지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. In general, a vehicle starting device uses a ignition key to open a door and then inserts the ignition key into a key block of a steering column of a driver's seat in a vehicle interior. The starter circuit of the engine is driven to start the engine. In the conventional vehicle starter, there is no way to prevent theft of the vehicle because there is no way to prevent it when the vehicle door is opened and entered in an illegal manner. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a starting motor relay and a battery relay between a key block provided with a starting key and an optical sensor with a unique pattern, and an input side of an ECU and an engine starting circuit. In the case of a vehicle comprising an injector relay on the inlet side and an ECU for controlling the entire system. By providing the dynamic control device and its control method, the key pattern is recognized by the light sensor of the key block when the door is opened or the engine is started and sent to the ECU and compared with the key pattern stored in the memory. When they do not coincide with each other, the start circuit of the engine is blocked to prevent starting, while the injector relay on the fuel inlet side is blocked to control the fuel from being injected, thereby preventing the engine starting by an illegal method.
