히터가 내장되어 있는 산소량 감지 장치에서 자동차의 주행 환경에 따라 히터의 동작 상태를 가변시켜 산소량 감지 장치가 활성화되기 전에 대기와의 심한 온도 차이로 인해 발생하는 습기를 제거할 수 있도록 하는 산소량 감지 장치의 수분 제거 장치 및 그 제어방법을 제공하기 위하여, 운전자에 의한 시동키의 동작으로 동작 상태가 가변되어 시동 모터에 구동 전류를 공급하는 시동 스위치와; 엔진의 냉각수 온도에 따라 해당하는 전기 신호를 출력하는 냉각 수온 감지 수단과; 흡기 통로에 장착되어 흡입되는 공기의 온도에 따라 해당하는 전기 신호를 출력하는 흡기 온도 감지 수단과; 각 해당 듀티율을 갖는 구동 신호에 따라 동작 상태가 가변되어, 배기 가스의 응축수를 증발시킨 후 배기 가스내에 포함되어 있는 산소량 농도에 해당하는 전기 신호를 출력하는 산소량 감지 수단과; 상기 시동 스위치와 냉각 수온 감지 수단과 흡기 온도 감지 수단에 연결되어, 시동 동작이 이루어진 후 배기 도관에 형성되는 응축수의 증발 온도까지 가열하고 배기 가스와 산소량 감지 수단의 온도 차이가 설정 크기 이상 발생하지 않도록 구동 신호의 듀티율을 설정하여 구동 신호의 상태를 제어하는 엔진 제어 수단으로 이루어져 있다.The oxygen level sensor with built-in heater changes the operating state of the heater according to the driving environment of the car to remove moisture generated by the severe temperature difference with the atmosphere before the oxygen level detector is activated.
