본 발명은 의류건조기의 자동건조장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래 온도센서 및 습도센서를 사용한 의류건조는 소자가 센서가 많이 소요되어 가격이 비싸고, 주위온도보상을 하여야 했던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 온도센서 대신에 포 건조시 발생되어 제습유로를 통해 드럼내로 들어가는 저온저습의 뜨거운 공기와 건조기내로 흡입되는 찬공기에 의한 열적변화에 기인한 기계적인 응력으로 발생되는 전기신호를 감지하는 압력감지부와, 압력감지부에서 감지된 전기신호를 처리하는 신호처리수단을 부가하여 구성된 건조장치를 사용하여 전원입력 후 모터를 온시키고 히터를 오프시킨 상태에서 압력감지부의 이상유무를 판단하는 압력감지부 이상유무 판단과정과, 압력감지부 이상유무 판단과정으로 이상이 없을 경우 일정시간동안의 히터 예열을 통해 수증기가 발생되는 시점인 제1기준전압이 되었는가를 판단하는 제1기준전압 판단과정과, 제1기준전압 판단과정으로 제1기준전압시점에 도달할 경우 포량 판별 후 소정 기준횟수동안의 수증기 증가에서 감소로 되는 시점인 제 2기준전압이 되었는가를 판단하는제2기준전압 판단과정과, 제2기준전압 판단과정으로 수증기가 감소되는 동안에 잡음이 있는가를 검출하기 위해 소정 횟수의 제1기준전압이 되었는가를 판단하여 히터를 오프시킨 다음 소정 냉각시간 경과후 모터를 오프시켜 건조를 완료하는 건조완전과정을 수행함으로써 재현성과 건조성능을 훨씬 향상시킬 수가 있다.The present invention relates to an automatic drying apparatus and method for a clothing dryer, and the conventional clothing drying method using a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor requires a lot of sensors, which is expensive, and a temperature sensor to solve the problem of having to compensate the ambient temperature.
