Abstract
본 발명은 냉각수통으로 명명되는 서지탱크에 관한 것으로, 특히 서지탱크 내부에 격판을 종,횡설하여 다수의 격실이 분리형성 되도록 하고, 상기 격실을 이루는 각각의 격판 상,하단부에는 공기유통공과 냉각수 유통공을 관통형성하되, 격판하단의 냉각수 유통공 크기는 냉각수유입구로부터 냉각 수유출구측으로 점점 작아지게 형성해줌으로써 냉각수의 흐름안정효과및 엔진측으로의 기포유입우려 배제효과를 얻도록 하여 엔진에서의 캐비테이션 데미지현상의 유발을 원천적으로 봉쇄해주면서 엔진수명연장효과 및 냉각효율의 극대화효과를 얻도록 한데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a surge tank named as a cooling water tank, and in particular, a plurality of compartments are formed by separating and staggering the diaphragm in the surge tank, and the upper and lower portions of each of the partitions constituting the compartment include an air distribution hole and a coolant distribution hole.
