본 발명은 난기운전중에 난기성능을 저하시키지 않고 엔진 냉각회로상의 수온조절수단과 냉각수펌프를 일체화하여 냉각회로에 설치하여 주므로써, 조립작업의 편리함과 부품수의 절감에 의한 원가절감에 도움을 주고, 냉각수펌프의 기계적손실의 저감에 따른 펌핑효율의 극대화를 도모하도록 한 차량의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 실린더헤드와 실린더블럭의 주의를 순환하면서 엔진을 냉각시키는 동시에 설정된 온도로 유지시키도록 상호 연통되는 순환라인(11)이 설치된 실린더(10)와, 순환라인(11)에 공급라인(20)으로 연결되어 냉각수를 외부의 공기와 열교환시켜 냉각시키도록 순환시키는 라디에이터(30)와, 공급라인(20)과 바이패스라인(40)으로 연결되어 냉간운전시 실린더를 순환한 냉각수를 바이패스시키도록 써머스탯(50)과 바이패스밸브(60)가 내장된 케이스(70)와, 라디에이터(30)와 배출라인(80)으로 연결되어 냉각된 냉각수를 써머스탯(50)을 통하여 실린더(10)의 순환라인(11)으로 공급되도록 케이스(70)에 일체로 조립되는 카바(90)와, 써머스탯(50)을 통과한 냉각수를 실린더(10)의 순환라인(11)으로 다시 공급하도록 냉각수펌프(100)가 설치되어 케이스(70)에 일체로 조립되는 보디(110)로 차량의 냉각장치를 구성한다.The present invention integrates the water temperature control means on the engine cooling circuit and the cooling water pump and installs them in the cooling circuit, without degrading the performance of the turbulence during operation.
